Data and purposes
We process contact, company, tax, invoice and technical data needed to answer enquiries, form and perform contracts, provide support, secure the service and measure its use.
We do not store full card data or online banking credentials.
Legal bases
Processing relies on pre-contract steps and contract performance, legal accounting and tax obligations, legitimate interests in security and claims, and consent for optional cookies or marketing.
Payments and recipients
After payment activation, necessary transaction data may be shared with Przelewy24 and with hosting, email, database, accounting, security and support providers.
Retention and rights
We retain data only as long as required by its purpose, law and limitation periods. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object or withdraw consent.
You may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, UODO.
